1. Availability

All remotes found on HitachiRemotes are subject to availability. In the unlikely event that a remote is found to be out of stock it shall be restocked upon a new order being placed by a customer. If a remote cannot be supplied to a customer within 21 working days then the customer shall be offered the choice of a full refund or the option to wait for future delivery.

2. Delivery

Delivery charges are applied before placing your order, full charges are displayed on the shopping cart display page.

3. Shipping Address

If an incorrect shipping address is provided by the customer which results in an item becoming lost in the post then no refund can be offered, therefore please be careful to ensure that you enter the correct shipping address for your order. If you find that you have made a mistake when ordering please contact us within 12 hours of placing the order at our Contact Page to inform us of the error.

Please note that if any customs, Export / Import duty or Export / Import tax charges are implemented to countries outside the UK then the customer shall be responsible for these charges.

4. Ordering and payment methods

HitachiRemotes accept all major payment cards via our payment processor SageOpy, customers may also pay by cheque - if payment is via cheque then payments must be in UK Pounds and must be made out to
SMG Development and posted to the following address -

5. Returns and Refunds

All remote controls supplied by HitachiRemotes come with a full 3 month guarantee which starts from the date of purchase. If a remote is found to be faulty please contact us via our Contact Page informing of us of the fault before returning the item. You will be issued with a returns number which must be printed on the label of your returned remote control and New remote will be issued.

If a remote supplied by HitachiRemotes is found not to work with your intended equipment then an alternative replacement or a full refund shall be offered to the customer after the purchased remote has sucessfully been returned to us, again please contact us via our Contact Page to obtain a returns number before returning any items. Please note: Any charges incurred during the return of any equipment cannot be refunded.

Items cannot be returned if the item has received any physical damage, this includes damage from the result of being dropped, scratched, receiving liquid spilleage or liquid leakage from installed batteries.
