- Do the remotes you supply need to be programmed like Universal remotes? - NO, all of our remotes are specifically manufactured for each individual model of set. When you get your remote simply insert the batteries and use.
- What if the remote i order doesnt work with my equipment? - If the remote you purchase from us does not work with the required equipment simply return it to us within 14 days and we will offer either a full refund or an alternative remote.
- How long does it take for delivery of my new remote? - We strive to provide a quick delivery on all remotes ordered and usually you will receive it within a couple of days but please allow 7 working days before contacting us if your remote has not arrived.
- Do you provide batteries with your remotes? - No, due to shipping restrictions we are unable to provide batteries at this moment.
- Do you provide a Remote Control Repair Service? - We feel that it is cheaper to simply replace broken handsets with a new remote. However, if a replacement is not available then we do offer a repair service. There is a fixed price for remote repairs of £20 in Total. How to locate your required remote control
To locate your required remote control you will first need to find either your original remote control number or the model number of the equipment that your remote is intended for (e.g. your TV, DVD or freeview model number)
Finding your original remote number
Usually your original remote number will be printed on either the front of your original remote or inside the battery compartment.

Finding your equipments Model Number
To locate the model number of your equipment that your required remote is intended for there are a few different options.
For televisions - The model number is usually located on the back of the equipment on a label, there will usually be a few different numbers such as the serial number, chassis number and the important 'Model Number.
The only number required is the model number, please view the diagram below for an example location of the required number.

For DVD and freeview equipment - The model number on both DVD players and Freeview boxes can usually be found either on the front panel of the equipment or more commonly on the bottom of the equipment on a label.
